Gaja Capital has exited as an investor from Chumbak Designs Private Limited after GOAT Brand PTE Ltd acquired the entire shareholding of the investors in Chumbak.

Pioneer Legal acted for Gaja Capital in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Mayank Mehta (Partner), Adwait Munje (Senior Associate), and Rutvik Shukla (Associate).

Vertices Partners acted for GOAT in their acquisition of Chumbak Designs.
