GMR Group has signed a long-term lease for land covering 5,00,000 square feet in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, to set up an expansive, functional warehousing facility.

Poovayya & Co assisted GMR with this assignment.

The transaction team consisted of Savitha KG (Partner) and Swarna Shenoy (Principal Associate, Real Estate Practice).

The team is simultaneously assisting GMR with the acquisition of lands across the country for its upcoming projects.
