People Tree Hospital is one of the most prominent multi-specialty hospitals in Bengaluru, with branches located in various parts of the city.
Earlier, Poovayya & Co advised Hopkins Healthcare on the issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating to a total of ₹208 crores to Blackrock.
Hopkins Healthcare, a Bengaluru-based entity, is engaged in the health industry, and manages hospitals and diagnostic centres in Bengaluru.
