Poovayya & Co advised Hopkins Healthcare Private Limited on the issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating to a total of ₹208 crores to Blackrock.
The Firm acted as the legal counsel to the debenture issuer, and has engaged in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of the transaction documents.
The transaction team was led by Siddhartha George (Partner), with Varnika Sharma (Partner), Bilal Lateefi (Principal Associate) and Satyajit Nair (Associate).

The funding, structured via the issuance of the NCDs, is intended to support Hopkins Healthcare’s capital expenditures and business expansion plans.
