ChrysCapital has invested ~₹550 crore in La Renon Healthcare Private Limited and has acquired 8% of the share capital in La Renon through a secondary transaction.

Rajani Associates advised La Renon and its promoters on this transaction. The firm's scope of work included reviewing, revising, and negotiating the transaction documents, assisting in the closing of the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Poorvi Sanjanwala (Partner), Kashmira Bakliwal (Principal Associate) and Rutvik Rajagopal (Associate).

La Renon is engaged in the pharmaceutical sector and manufactures and markets, amongst others, branded generic formulations.
