Advanced Synthetic Minerals Private Limited has formed a joint venture with Grindwell Norton Limited, a listed company and group entity of Saint-Gobain, wherein Grindwell Norton has agreed to acquire 49% shareholding in Advanced Synthetic Minerals.
Rajani Associates advised Advanced Synthetic Minerals and its Promoters in this transaction.
The transaction team consisted of Ashish Parwani (Partner), Rajeev Nair (Associate Partner) and Gitika Makhija (Senior Associate).
Advanced Synthetic Minerals is inter alia engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of high purity, synthetic minerals mainly White Fused Alumina and Fused Mullite for refractory and many other applications.
