Ambuja Intermediates Private Limited sold its biomass fuel-based power generation business including 10MW power plant along with land, plant and machinery, building, shed(s) situated at Sangli, Maharashtra on an 'as is where is basis', 'as is what is basis' and 'whatever there is basis' as a going concern and on a Slump Sale basis to Bhumi Green Energy Private Limited.
