SMC Global Securities Limited has made an issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating to ₹150 crore.

Rajani Associates advised SMC Global Securities on this NCD issuance.

The transaction team was led by Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner), with support from Associates Sommya Khandelwal, Dipendra Singh Tomar, and Rishi Sharma.
