Rajani Associates acted for Veranda Learning Solutions on the deal.

The team was led by Sangeeta Lakhi (Partner) and assisted by Rahul Pandey (Principal Associate), Jessica Katyal (Senior Associate), and Himanshu Pandey (Associate).

The diversified and integrated learning solutions provider is going to utilise net issue proceeds for repaying debts, payment of acquisition consideration of Edureka, and growth initiatives.
