Sunshield Chemicals Limited has made a Rights Issue of ₹130 crore.

Rajani Associates advised Sunshield Chemicals on this rights issue.

The transaction was led by Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner), with support from Lavesh Jain (Associate).

Sunshield Chemicals, established in 1986, is engaged in the business of manufacturing specialty chemicals, being a leading manufacturer and exporter of Surfactants and Antioxidants.
