Rajendra Suganchand Shah and Rishi Rajendra Shah (Investors) have invested ₹ 31,44,69,650 in Focus Lighting and Fixtures Limited, a company listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) through subscription in Warrants on preferential issue basis.
