Solenco Infra Private Limited, a leading solar power development company, has sold its project company for development of 165MWac solar energy generation park to an entity of BluPine Energy.
As part of the larger transaction, in addition to share purchase agreement, Solenco will also provide certain infrastructure services to the project company or purchaser including engineering, procurement and construction services.
