Fable Street Lifestyle, which runs western wear brands FS Life, FableStreet, Marigold and Mikoto, has raised ₹50 crore in its pre-series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures.

Sahai & Co. represented FableStreet Lifestyle and its founder on the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Savyasachi K. Sahai (Partner) and Kushagra Aman (Associate).

The round also saw participation from other startup founders such as Ghazal Alagh, co-founder of MamaEarth, Mehul Agarwal & Vikram Chopra, co-founders of Cars24, Malika Sadani, Founder of The Moms Co and others.

The newly infused funds will be used to scale all its brands and acquire new brands in strategically identified white spaces. FS Life also plans to cross ₹1,000 crore in revenue run rate in the next 3-4 years, as is mentioned in a statement.
