SAM, Khaitan act on Tractor Junction ₹200 crore Series A fundraise

Tractor Junction is India's leading digital marketplace for Farmers to Buy, Sell, Finance, Insure and Service New/Used tractor and farm equipment.

Farmjunction Marketing Private Limited, working under the brand name Tractor Junction, has raised approximately ₹200 crore from a Series A fundraise which saw major participation from Astanor Ventures, with additional investment from existing shareholders Info Edge and Omnivore.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Tractor Junction as well as existing investor Info Edge on this fundraise.

The transaction team involved in advising Tractor Junction was led by Nikita Goyal (Partner), with support from Ayush Singh (Senior Associate) and Ananya Vajpeyi (Associate) with inputs from Manish Gupta (Partner).

Info Edge was represented by Pratyush Khurana (Partner) and Surbhi Burman (Associate).

Khaitan & Co represented Astanor Ventures in its investment in Tractor Junction. The Firm's role included conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents on behalf of Astanor.

The transaction team comprised of Nikhil Narayanan (Partner), Akhil Sharma (Partner), Shivam Tandon (Counsel), Mamta Jain (Senior Associate) and Nikunj Keyal (Senior Associate).
