Oriental Structural Engineers Private Limited has divested 100% equity stake in Rajiv – Chowk (Sohna) Highway Private Limited (which holds a hybrid annuity road asset awarded by the National Highways Authority of India) to Oriental InfraTrust.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Oriental Structural Engineers on this transaction.
