SAM, VERTICES PARTNERS act on WorkIndia on Series B fundraise

The funds will support the company’s growth, product expansion and scale-up across key markets.

Eloquent Info Solutions Private Limited, operating the technology-driven recruitment platform WorkIndia, has raised $10.8 million from a Series B fundraise led by Aavishkaar Capital, with participation from existing investor BeeNext Capital.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised WorkIndia on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Manish Gupta (Partner), Rashi Singh (Principal Associate), Deepti Verma (Senior Associate) and Mannshree Sikchi (Associate).

VERTICES PARTNERS advised lead investor Aavishkaar Capital on their participation on the fundraise.

The transaction was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner),along with a team that included Varun Kaka (Principal Associate), Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager) and Liji Anna Thomas (Associate).

Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

WorkIndia operates in the HR technology space, focusing on large-scale, technology-enabled recruitment solutions for India’s blue and grey-collar workforce.
