Nephrocare Health Services Limited dba NephroPlus has raised ₹871.048 crore (~$95.99 million) from an initial public offering, comprising a fresh issue of ₹353.405 crore and an offer for sale of ₹517.643 crore.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised NephroPlus on this IPO.
