Saraf and Partners advises Gaja Capital on The Indus Valley $17 million Series B fundraise

Good Roots Kitchenware Private Limited, dba The Indus Valley, has raised $17 million from a Series B fundraise led by Gaja Capital, with participation from DSG Consumer Partners and Rukam Capital.

Saraf and Partners advised lead investor Gaja Capital on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Vivek Pareek (Partner) and comprised Associates Sanika Gadgil, Tanya Adani, Abhishek Jasuja and Kevin Davis.

Good Roots Kitchenware is a health focused kitchenware firm selling cookware and kitchenware across both online and offline channels, operating under the brand name “The Indus Valley”.

The Company will use the fresh capital for enhancing product development and expanding distribution capabilites.
