Fortis Healthcare Limited has entered into a strategic collaboration with Gleneagles Healthcare India for the operation and maintenance services of five hospitals and one clinic under the Gleneagles India.
Both Fortis Healthcare and Gleneagles Healthcare are Indian subsidiaries of IHH Healthcare Berhad.
Saraf and Partners advised Fortis Healthcare on this collaboration.
