Jeh Aerospace Inc. has raised $11 million in its Series A fundraise, led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investor General Catalyst as well as from Indigo Ventures, the venture capital arm of InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo).

Saraf and Partners represented Jeh Aerospace on this fundraise. The Firm advised on all aspects of the transaction, including aspects of the cross-border structuring, drafting, negotiation, and finalization of various definitive agreements.

The transaction team was led by Vaibhav Kakkar (Senior Partner), Snigdhaneel Satpathy (Partner) and Debarpan Ghosh (Partner).

Cooley LLP served as the US counsel of Jeh Aerospace.

Jeh Aerospace Inc. is a cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing startup headquartered in Atlanta and operating out of Hyderabad.

The capital infusion will support Jeh Aerospace in scaling its manufacturing capabilities, establishing new factories, and expanding its workforce.
