The round was led by Three State Capital Pte. Ltd and saw participations from various new and existing investors

Yoga & Nutrition driven personalized health platform Mindhouse raised US$ 6 million seed funding round led by Three State Capital Pte. Ltd. – an entity backed by Binny Bansal.

The funding round also saw participation from various existing and new investors – General Catalyst, Better Capital, Grand Anicut Angel Fund, Kwaish Ventures, Capier Venture Partners India LLP, Guerrilla Ventures Private Limited, Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Private Limited, Srivatsan Rajan and Karan Singh. The Founders also participated in this round.

Saraf and Partners acted for Mindhouse and its founders.

The team was led by Partners Vaibhav Kakkar and Sahil Arora, along with Partner Arjun Rajgopal and Associates – Keshav Pareek, Prarthna Bathija and Jasmine Khan.

Khaitan & Co. acted on behalf of Three State Capital Pte. Ltd and the team included Sanjay Khan Nagra (Partner), Ishita Agarwal (Senior Associate) and Himanshu Mene (Associate).

Goodwin Procter LLP acted on behalf of General Catalyst.

Founded in late 2019 by Pooja Khanna (ex- Zomato Chief of Staff); and Pankaj Chaddah (former Zomato co-founder), Mindhouse initially started with a focus on mental wellness, but subsequently pivoted to a broader coverage area of curative wellness. Mindhouse through its platform offers a variety of yoga, meditation and nutrition-based services across four focus areas - mental health, women's health, chronic ailments and everyday wellness.
