SKS Advisor acted as the legal counsel to Ammunic Systems in closing their $1.1 million seed funding round, co-led by India Accelerator and its multistage VC arm Finvolve. 

The firm played a key role in navigating the transaction from strategic commercial negotiations, followed by a seamless asset transfer from the founder’s sole proprietorship to the newly incorporated private limited entity. 

This transaction was handled by Sonali Khandelwal (Associate) and Neha Bhutoria (Partner). 

Ammunic Systems, founded in 2024 by Priyanka Singhal and based out of Bengaluru, is a cutting-edge defence tech startup specializing in the design and development of advanced weapon systems with a strong focus on electronic fuzes, warheads, and munition integration technologies.
