SKS Advisor has advised climate-tech startup Equilibrium in its recent $3 million funding round, which saw participation from leading venture capital investors Kalaari Capital, Avaana Capital, and Peak XV Partners.
The Firm advised Equilibrium on all legal aspects of the transaction, including investment structuring, negotiation of transaction documents, regulatory compliance, and execution strategy. The Firm ensured a seamless and efficient closure of the deal.
