Punjab National Bank has done a major Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) financing transaction valued at ₹900 crore, benefiting multiple entities of the K Raheja Group.
The financing was structured to facilitate the repayment of loans and the redemption of debt instruments by the Group's entities.
SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to PNB on this transaction. The Firm provided extensive legal support to PNB, managing the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of key transaction documents.
