SNG & Partners has advised Shriram Properties Limited for a residential project in Hinjewadi, Pune, being developed under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with the landowner.
The Firm provided end-to-end legal advisory on the transaction, including structuring and drafting of the Joint Development Agreement and related documentation, advising on title verification, land due diligence, regulatory and RERA compliance etc.
The transaction team was led by Samreen Paloba (Partner) and supported by Yukta Yadav (Associate), while gathering strategic inputs from Sadhav Mishra (Senior Partner, Head of Real Estate).
This marks Shriram Properties’ second major project in Pune, reflecting the company’s continued expansion in key growth markets and its strategic focus on high-demand residential micro-clusters. The development, spanning nearly 0.7 million sq. ft., is expected to generate around ₹700 crore in revenue and will comprise premium residential units along with select retail and commercial spaces.
