SNG & Partners assists HDFC Credila with INR 2,500 crore fundraise from South Korean Bank and others

HDFC Credila raised the amount from Shinhan Bank and from a rights issue.

HDFC Credila Financial Services Limited has raised an estimated amount of ₹2500 crore in two separate issuances, wherein it raised ₹1500 crores approx. from South Korea’s Shinhan Bank and balance from a rights issue.

SNG & Partners advised and assisted HDFC Credila on this fundraise. The firm advised in structuring and negotiating the terms of the transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing financial outcomes for the client.
