DLF Cyber City Developers Limited has issued secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of an amount aggregating to ₹1,100 crore.
SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to the investors and trustees. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the reviewing, negotiation and finalization of transaction documents and subsequent listing of the debentures on the stock exchange.
