Lenders, in a multiple banking arrangement, have provided a loan facility (including green loan component), aggregating up to ₹1,150 crores availed by RMZ Infinity (Chennai) Private Limited.

The said loan facility has been secured by way of charge over the immovable properties owned by RMZ Infinity (Chennai).

SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to the Lenders. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of transaction documents.

Amit Aggarwal (Senior Partner and Head of Corporate Practice) acted as the engagement partner for the transaction.
