S&R Associates, TT&A act on IntrCity ₹250 crore Series D fundraise

Stelling Technologies Private Limited, a tech enabled intercity bus travel platform operating under the popular brand name “IntrCity SmartBus”, has raised ₹250 crore from a Series D fundraise led by A91 Partners.  

S&R Associates advised IntrCity on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Aparna Ravi (Partner), and included Varun Yadav (Senior Associate), Associates Pulatsya Pandey and Aditi Kundu.

TT&A advised the lead investor A91 Emerging Fund II LLP on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Sachin Mehta (Partner), Harshit Chandra (Partner), Nikhil Bahl (Partner), Utsav Agarwal (Managing Associate) and Associates Radhika Sarda, Shubham Gupta and Sangita Sharma.
