Stelling Technologies Private Limited, a tech enabled intercity bus travel platform operating under the popular brand name “IntrCity SmartBus”, has raised ₹250 crore from a Series D fundraise led by A91 Partners.
S&R Associates advised IntrCity on this fundraise.
The transaction team was led by Aparna Ravi (Partner), and included Varun Yadav (Senior Associate), Associates Pulatsya Pandey and Aditi Kundu.
TT&A advised the lead investor A91 Emerging Fund II LLP on this fundraise.
