This acquisition was a no-cash all-stock deal.

Bira 91(B9 Beverages Private Limited) has acquired 100% shareholding in Beer Café (BTB Marketing Private Limited).

Mayfield FVCI, Ltd. and the other shareholders of Beer Café, including promoters – Rahul Singh and Bineeta Singh will get shares of Bira 91 in a share swap deal.

Stratage Law Partners advised Mayfield on all aspects of the transaction including from an Indian foreign exchange law perspective.

The transaction team consisted of Shyam Pandya (Partner) and Sharan Sanil (Senior Associate).

Phoenix Legal acted for Beer Café in this deal.

Trilegal acted for Bira 91 in this deal.
