Bira 91(B9 Beverages Private Limited) has acquired 100% shareholding in Beer Café (BTB Marketing Private Limited).

Mayfield FVCI, Ltd. and the other shareholders of Beer Café, including promoters – Rahul Singh and Bineeta Singh will get shares of Bira 91 in a share swap deal.

Stratage Law Partners advised Mayfield on all aspects of the transaction including from an Indian foreign exchange law perspective.
