The Precept-Law advises Bhojraj Developers on acquisition by BN Peak

This acquisition is expected to further BN Peak’s ambition of expanding its footprint in the Indian renewable energy sector.

The Precept-Law Offices has advised and represented Bhojraj Developers, a special purpose vehicle of Tarbiya Construction and Infrastructure Private Limited, in its strategic acquisition by BN Peak Power-4 Private Limited, a subsidiary of BrightNight, a global renewable energy company headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. 

The transaction was led by Manish Singh (Partner), with support from Seraj Khan (Senior Associate), Vivek Vashisth (Senior Associate), and Pooja Sharma (Associate).

Bhojraj Developers was developing a renewable project of 186 MW hybrid (solar and wind) power plant in Agar, Madhya Pradesh.

This acquisition is expected to further BN Peak’s ambition of expanding its footprint in the Indian renewable energy sector.
