Thinking Legal, Anoma Legal act on Curefoods’ acquisition of Nomad Pizza

Eatfit parent Curefoods has acquired five more D2C food brands, bringing its portfolio tally to 20 brands.

Curefoods, a cloud kitchen start-up floated by cure.fit co-founder Ankit Nagori, has recently acquired Delhi-based Nomad Pizzas.

Thinking Legal advised Nomad Pizzas with a team led by Vaneesa Agrawal (Founder), Sanyukta Srivastav (Associate) and Swapnil Singh (Associate).

Anoma Legal advised Curefoods.

With this acquisition, Curefoods has acquired more than 20 cloud kitchen brands under its umbrella like US-based breakout start-up Thrasio.

Curefoods plans to strengthen its direct to customer play and expand to multiple cities at multiple locations with acquiring, growing and managing these cloud kitchens.
