Touchstone Partners advises Premji Invest on NewEra Hospitals Investment

The investment will facilitate NewEra Hospitals’ expansion of bed capacity to 800 beds.

NewEra Group of Hospitals has secured an investment from Premji Invest.

Touchstone Partners advised Premji Invest on this investment deal.

The transaction team was led by Anirudh Agarwala (Partner) and included Pranjal Doshi (Counsel), Kajal Advani (Senior Associate), Associates Amisha Agarwal, Shruti Mishra and Aniket Singh.

NewEra is a multi-speciality healthcare platform with hospitals across Nagpur and Navi Mumbai.

The investment from Premji Invest will facilitate NewEra’s expansion of bed capacity to 800 beds, and strengthen healthcare delivery infrastructure in the region.
