Touchstone Partners acts on Brookfield Asset Management Rs 1,000 crore investment in INDIS Housing Projects

INDIS will use the investment for the development of five housing projects in South India.

Brookfield Asset Management recently invested US$ 135 million in INDIS Housing Projects, a Hyderabad-based real estate firm.

Touchstone Partners represented Brookfield Asset Management on its structured investment.

The deal team was led by Partner and Head of Mumbai Office Ruchir Sinha along with Associates Prashant Khurana, Raina Mitra and Shivam Yadav.

INDIS will use the investment for the development of five housing projects in South India.
