Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC has acquired VentureCount Service Holdings, LLC dba Tarsus, a sophisticated accounting and advisory firm renowned for its comprehensive suite of services.

Trilegal represented Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC on this acquisition. The firm's role involved advising on all aspects of the transaction as lead India counsel, including but not limited to the India due diligence, transaction structuring and finalisation of the transaction documents.

The transaction team consisted of Kunal Chandra (Partner), Kunal Paleja (Senior Associate) and Associates Shambuk Biswas and Nithyashree Venkataraman.
