Trilegal advises Mapletree on ₹1900 crore+ land acquisition in Bengaluru

Mapletree acquired 40 acres of land from Adarsh developers earlier this year

Trilegal advised Singapore based real estate giant Mapletree in its historic acquisition of 40 acres of land in Bengaluru, Karnataka for ₹1900 crore from Adarsh Developers group.

This land deal is one of the largest in India.

Trilegal's team was led by Monika Bhonsale (Partner) along with Sohni Kherada (Counsel) who were supported on the closing by Maithili Vagal (Senior Associate), Uday Shah (Senior Associate) and Paras Shah (Associate).

The Corporate team advising on the deal was led by Partner, Sai Krishna Bharathan.

The Banking and Finance team advising on the deal was led by Joseph Jimmy (Partner) and comprised Parinaz Vaidya (Counsel), Varsha Yogish (Senior Associate) and Aditya Shukla (Associate).
