Trilegal advised on the drawdown by Muthoot Finance Limited by way of an issuance of Rule 144A/Regulation S, USD-denominated senior secured notes due in 2030 with a coupon of 5.75%, aggregating to $600 million.
The drawdown was undertaken by Muthoot Finance under its USD 4 billion global medium-term note program.
