Duroflex Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to ₹183.6 crore and an offer for sale aggregating up to 22,564,569 equity shares by the selling shareholders comprising the Promoters and Lighthouse India Fund III Limited and Lighthouse India III Employee Trust.
