Trilegal advised Keystone Realtors on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Richa Choudhary (Partner), Avanti Kale (Counsel), Aman Bahl (Associate), Urmil Shah (Associate), Shivayana Balodia (Associate) and Archit Jain (Associate).

Khaitan & Co acted as Legal Counsel as to Indian Law to the Book Running Lead Managers in relation to his QIP.

The proceeds from the QIP shall be utilised for debt repayment, partially funding the land acquisition, associated costs, considerations and general corporate purposes.
