Silver Consumer Electricals Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹1,400 crore, which comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,000 crore and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholder aggregating up to ₹400 crore.

Trilegal is advising Silver Consumer Electricals on this IPO.
