Triumvir Law advises WLDD on acquisition of IP of ScoopWhoop from The Good Glam Group

Triumvir Law represented WLDD Private Limited in the acquisition of selective intellectual property from ScoopWhoop Media Private Limited, a part of The Good Glamm Group, for ₹20 crore.

The Firm was engaged in the preparation of the term sheet, structuring of the acquisition deal, drafting and negotiation of the asset purchase agreement, along with negotiation and closure of the acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Anubhab Sarkar (Managing Partner) and Jumana Basheer (Associate).

A team comprising of Aakash Parihar (Partner), Gagan Narang (Partner) Ajay Kumar (Partner), Ragini Chakraborty (Senior Associate) and Arjun Krishnan (Associate) assisted in domain specific aspects like Intellectual Property, Taxation and Compliances.
