Iztri Services Private Limited has raised funds from AJVC Fund through a combination of CCPS and equity shares.

Triumvir Law advised Iztri and its founders, Rohit Ramesh and Ankit Choudhary, on this fundraise. The Firm was involved throughout the transaction, including reviewing and finalising the transaction documents such as the CCD Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders’ Agreement, and Employment Agreements. The Firm supported the founders in negotiating, closing and executing the transaction documents.
