TT&A acts on Park Hotels - Goyal Group Limited Liability Partnership

Park Hotels will hold a 51% capital contribution in the LLP, with the remaining 49% held by the Goyal Group.

TT&A advised Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited on its strategic joint venture with Anand Goyal and Nidhi Goyal of the Goyal Group to establish a Limited Liability Partnership for developing a greenfield hotel project in Amer, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The TT&A transaction team consists of Gautam Saha (Partner), Harshit Chandra (Partner) and Divya Kumar (Senior Associate).

Park Hotels will hold a 51% capital contribution in the LLP, with the remaining 49% held by the Goyal Group. The LLP will build, own, and operate a hotel on an 18,000 sq. m. plot strategically located on National Highway-8 in Village Dhand, Amer, Jaipur—one of the most active tourism and business corridors in the country.

This project reflects Park Hotels’ broader strategy to expand its premium hospitality footprint across high-tourism zones in India.

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) is a leading Indian hospitality company known for pioneering luxury boutique hotels, beginning with THE Park Kolkata in 1967. Headquartered in Kolkata, ASPHL operates five hotel brands—including THE Park, Zone by The Park, and Stop by Zone—across major Indian cities. It also owns Flurys, a popular patisserie chain with 80+ outlets nationwide. The company is led by Chairperson Priya Paul and MD Vijay Dewan.

Goyal Group, led by Anand Goyal and Nidhi Goyal, is an Indore-based conglomerate active in infrastructure, real estate, and leisure sectors, with affiliations to companies such as Kalyan India Infrastructure and Ashtvinayak Leisure. Their recent joint venture with ASPHL to develop a hotel in Amer, Jaipur marks the group’s growing presence in hospitality. The project will be executed through a newly formed LLP, with Park Hotels holding 51% and the Goyal Group 49%.
