TT&A, AZB & Partners act on InHealth UK - Apollo Radiology International share swap transaction

The new partnership with ARI will allow InHealth to expand its reporting services to a wide array of NHS affiliates throughout the UK.

InHealth Limited, UK has made a sale of its radiology reporting division to Apollo Radiology International Private Limited (“ARI”) and acquisition of a substantial minority stake in ARI. The transaction was structured as a cross-border share-swap.

TT&A advised InHealth UK on this transaction.

InHealth is the UK’s largest provider of diagnostic and screening services and, in partnership with its network of over 50 radiologists, provides teleradiology reporting services to many of its NHS partners. The new partnership with ARI will allow InHealth to expand its reporting services to a wide array of NHS affiliates throughout the UK and also introduce a wider range of services and technological advancements.
