TT&A assists Mensa Brands on securing funds from EvolutionX

Approximately ₹332.8 crore ($40 million) funding has been secured by Mensa.

Mensa Brands has secured funding of approximately ₹332.8 crore ($40 million) from EvolutionX Debt Capital Master Fund 1 Pte. Ltd., as a combination of a loan facility and investment in convertible instruments.

TT&A advised Mensa Brands in relation to this funding transaction.
