TT&A assists US International Development Finance Corp in its loan facility to Vistaar Financial Services

United States International Development Finance Corporation has secured a loan facility (by way of an external commercial borrowing) of up to $50 million to Vistaar Financial Services Private Limited, a non-banking financial company for or on-lending to microenterprises and small and medium enterprises to improve or expand their businesses.

TT&A assisted US International Development Finance Corporation in this transaction.
