TT&A, S&R, Hreem Legal act on Tata Motors' ₹134 crore investment in Freight Tiger

This is a follow-on invested after Tata Motors' ₹150 crore investment in Freight Tiger in 2023.

Tata Motors Limited has made a follow-on investment in Freight Tiger (Freight Commerce Solutions Private Limited) by way of a combination of primary investment of ₹120 crore through subscription to compulsorily convertible preference shares and secondary investment of around ₹14 crore through purchase of equity shares.

TT&A advised Tata Motors on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Sachin Mehta (Partner), Pooja Menon (Managing Associate), Ambika Sahai (Managing Associate), Divya Kumar (Senior Associate) and Radhika Sarda (Associate).

In 2023, the Firm had advised Tata Motors on a ₹150 crore investment in Freight Tiger.
