TT&A, Wadia Ghandy, US Firms act on Banyan Nation securing foreign currency loan from DFC

The loan will be used by Banyan Nation for a new plastic waste recycling facility in Karnataka.

DFC has provided secured foreign currency loan to Banyan Sustainable Waste Management Private Limited (Banyan Nation).

TT&A advised DFC on this transaction.

Silicon Counsel LLP is acting as the US law counsel to Banyan Nation for this transaction.

Gabell Beaver LLC is acting as the Delaware law counsel to Banyan Nation for this transaction.

The loan will be used by Banyan Nation for the design, development, construction, and commercial operation of a new plastic waste recycling facility, with an installed capacity of 12,000 tons per annum, to be located in the State of Karnataka.
