TT&A, Wadia Ghandy, US Firms act on Banyan Nation securing foreign currency loan from DFC

The loan will be used by Banyan Nation for a new plastic waste recycling facility in Karnataka.

DFC has provided secured foreign currency loan to Banyan Sustainable Waste Management Private Limited (Banyan Nation).

TT&A advised DFC on this transaction.

The loan will be used by Banyan Nation for the design, development, construction, and commercial operation of a new plastic waste recycling facility, with an installed capacity of 12,000 tons per annum, to be located in the State of Karnataka.
