Uría Menéndez, CAM, Pérez-Llorca, Weil, Khaitan act on €600 million acquisition of Ayesa Engineering by Colliers

This acquisition marks a significant expansion for Colliers International in the engineering and project management space.

Colliers International Group Inc. has acquired Ayesa Engineering S.A.U., the engineering division of Ayesa Inversiones S.L.U., from A&M Capital Europe and the Manzanares family for a total consideration of €600 million.

Uría Menéndez advised Colliers on this acquisition.

The transaction team was led Juan Carlos Machuca (M&A Partner, London) with support from Manuel Delgado (Managing Associate), Associates Laura Barroso and Sara Gómez from the M&A team; Nerea Torrontegui (Senior Associate) from the employment team; and Ingrid Pi (Partner), Leticia López-Lapuente (Partner), Associates Cristina Manrique and Ignacio Esteban from the IP/IT team, among others.

The Firm also acted as legal coordinator across all international jurisdictions involved in the transaction.
