Creador Private Equity has made an investment of ₹416 crore ($50 million) in Hinduja Tech Limited for acquiring 19.6% shareholding.
Veritas Legal acted for Creador on this investment deal.
The transaction team consisted of Manav Raheja (Senior Partner) and Shubhangi Pathak (Partner).
The transaction documents and diligence team consisted of Aditya Thakore (Senior Associate) and Janhavi Rajkumar (Associate).
As per a statement from Hinduja Tech, the infusion of capital will allow it to augment its existing capabilities in research and development through organic and inorganic means, enhance its global footprint and expand its state-of-the-art labs to gain momentum in its journey towards emerging as a global leader in sustainable engineering mobility services.
